LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR HOSTS EVENT TO INAUGURATE
THE QUEEN AND THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH'S DIAMOND
WEDDING ANNIVERSARY BOOK
TORONTO – The Honourable David C. Onley, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, will host a reception to inaugurate a Book of Congratulations to celebrate The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh's 60th wedding anniversary. Media are invited for speeches and photographs.
Ontarians wishing to send greetings can do so in one of two ways: the Book of Congratulations will be available at Queen’s Park between November 15th and November 20th (excluding Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or an electronic greeting can be sent by visiting the Lieutenant Governor’s website (www.lt.gov.on.ca). The electronic greetings will be combined with those in the Book of Congratulations to be sent to Her Majesty and Prince Philip.

Queen's Park – Please enter the main (south) legislative entrance between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. from November 15th to November 20th (excluding Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th).
