LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR OF ONTARIO
CELEBRATES THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE
ROLLOUT OF THE AVRO ARROW
TORONTO – The Honourable David C. Onley, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, will host a private reception on Thursday, October 4, at 10:00 am, for the designers and builders of the Avro Arrow aircraft. This reception will mark the 50th anniversary of the rolling-out of the Avro Arrow in Malton, Ontario.
In honour of this golden anniversary, the Lieutenant Governor will applaud the work accomplished by some of Canada's most brilliant citizens in the creation, design, and building of the Avro Arrow.
