THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR’S MEDAL OF DISTINCTION IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

The Honourable Lincoln M. Alexander established this medal in 1990 with the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) in Ontario. Each year, the Lieutenant Governor presents this medal to an outstanding public servant or academic who has shown distinctive leadership or made significant contributions to the field of public administration in Ontario.
